On arrival at Kapari Bay you will be welcomed with a stunning lunch or dinner curated by Emma Schuster, the owner and founder of Kapari Bay and the epitome of a true host. Along with her Head Chef Ro, this will be the perfect transition in to relaxed Mediterranean living.
Ro will be on hand to offer you both a continental and cooked breakfast every morning and should you wish to use her services for other lunches and dinners throughout your stay this can be organised with prior notice.
We are proud to choose only locally-sourced ingredients, including internationally acclaimed wine from boutique vineyards on the island and freshly caught seafood – all lovingly cooked with our own olive oil.
Kapari Bay also offers a shopping service should you want our help in sourcing the best produce when you are cooking your own meals.

This is the place to unwind, whether you prefer bursts of inactivity, dynamic water sports, exploring the Venetian ruins, ancient olive groves or nearby islands. The choice is yours. You can be as busy or as relaxed as you want. The following are some ideas that our concierge service can offer:
Cooking lessons in the villas’ open-plan kitchen, barbecue and outside wood-fired oven
Dive off the rocks below into refreshing turquoise seas
Boat trips to the Blue Caves or the spectacular ship wreck cove, including breakfast, swimming and snorkelling
Day boat trips with lunch included pausing at beaches for swimming and snorkelling
